Welcome to And a De Wata Tours. By booking or participating in any of our tours, charters, or activities, guests agree to the following

 

 

Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

​

  • Online reservations require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged directly with And a De Wata Tours.

  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Private charters may require separate payment terms depending on group size and tour arrangements.

​

Shared Tour Minimums

​

Shared tours require a minimum of 4 guests to confirm departure.

6 Guests for Goff's Caye.

​

If the minimum number of guests is not reached, guests may be offered:

​

  • an alternative tour date,

  • a private charter upgrade option,

  • or a full refund.

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy 

 

Shared Tours

​

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure may receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of departure may be non-refundable.

 

Private Charters

​

  • Deposits for private charters may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

 

Weather Conditions

​

Guest safety is always our priority. Tours may be canceled, delayed, or rescheduled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. If a tour is canceled by And a De Wata Tours due to weather, guests may receive:

​

  • a rescheduled tour,

  • credit toward another experience, or

  • a refund at management discretion.

​

3. Participation Requirements

​

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in snorkeling and marine activities.

By joining our tours, guests acknowledge:

​

  • snorkeling and boating activities involve inherent risks,

  • ocean conditions may vary,

  • wildlife encounters are unpredictable,

  • participation is voluntary.

​

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

​

4. Safety

​

Guests agree to:

​

  • follow all instructions provided by guides and captains,

  • use snorkeling equipment responsibly,

  • behave respectfully toward staff, guests, wildlife, and the marine environment.

​

And a De Wata Tours reserves the right to refuse service or end participation for unsafe, reckless, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior without refund.

​

5. Marine Life & Environmental Responsibility

​

Guests may encounter marine wildlife including sharks, rays, turtles, fish, Manatees, coral formations, and other sea life. Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

​

To help protect the Belize Barrier Reef, guests agree:

  • not to touch coral or marine animals,

  • not to remove marine life or shells,

  • to avoid standing on coral formations,

  • to follow all marine reserve regulations.

 

6. Alcohol Consumption

​

Alcohol may be offered on select tours such as Island Tubing or private charters.

​

Guests consuming alcohol agree to do so responsibly. Guides and captains reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption if necessary for safety reasons.

​

7. Personal Belongings

​

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings including:

  • phones,

  • cameras,

  • jewelry,

  • cash,

  • personal equipment and items.

​

And a De Wata Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

​

8. Photography & Media

​

Underwater photos may be included on select tours as a complimentary service provided by And a De Wata Tours when conditions and equipment allow.

​

While we always do our best to capture guest experiences, photos cannot be guaranteed on every tour due to circumstances including but not limited to:

​

  • weather conditions,

  • water visibility,

  • equipment malfunction,

  • battery failure,

  • accidental flooding or damage to cameras,

  • or operational limitations.

​

Complimentary photos are not included as a paid photography service and refunds or discounts will not be issued in situations where photos are unavailable.

​

Photos and videos taken during tours may occasionally be used for promotional or social media purposes unless guests request otherwise prior to departure.

​

9. Tour Changes

​

Tour routes, stops, and timing may occasionally change due to:

  • weather,

  • sea conditions,

  • safety concerns,

  • marine reserve regulations,

  • operational needs.

​

10. Liability

​

Guests participate at their own risk. By booking a tour with    Anda De Wata Tours, guests acknowledge and accept the natural risks associated with marine and boating activities.

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, And a De Wata Tours, its owners, captains, and staff shall not be held liable for:

​

  • injury,

  • illness,

  • loss,

  • accident,

  • delay,

  • weather-related interruptions,

  • or damages occurring during participation in activities.
